Church Weddings
Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 1:57PM As much as I love doing outdoor weddings especially in Central Park, church weddings have a gorgeous look of their own. Opulent dark wood, polished brass and colorful stained glass impart a traditional, timeless quality to the photos. This is made even more apparent by the use of ambient light only. Most churches and temples don't allow flash photography. I've been lucky enough to do weddings in some of New York City's prettiest and most impressive churches, including St. Patrick's Cathedral.

Here are a couple of recent shots from a lovely church in Westchester County.

That's right! Church weddings are still in. Nothing beats it when the wedding harpist starts playing traditional music for the ceremony.
